How to Place an Order
Place the product(s) you wish to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button located next to the product image. When you're ready to complete your order, click "Checkout" from within your cart and follow the instructions. You may also complete your order by calling us at

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa/Visa Electron, Mastercard/Eurocard and American Express. We also accept PayPal.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, have your order number available and contact our Customer Support Team at +44 20 7183 1900 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already shipped. Please visit our Returns page or contact us for alternate options.
Sorry, we're unable to add additional items to existing orders or substitute individual components. To make these adjustments, you will need to cancel your existing order and place a new one.

Privacy & Security
We are committed to protecting your privacy. When you enter your credit card number on our order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and we store your credit card number in encrypted form for a limited amount of time, and our employees do not have access to this information. We do not store PIN data or security codes.
Prior to shipping, we have only received a pending pre-authorization request from your financial institution. When we request an authorization for your purchase, your financial institution may place a hold on your account for the amount of that pre-authorization request. While your financial institution may place a hold on the pre-authorized amount, your account will only be charged for the actual transaction amount when the first item on the order is shipped. Any pending refunds will process when all items have shipped.
Most financial institutions will remove a pre-authorization hold from your account when the actual transaction amount is debited from your account or three to five business days after the pre-authorization request, whichever occurs sooner. Since policies vary between different financial institutions, we recommend that you contact your financial institution with any further questions about a pre-authorization. Art.com will not release pre-authorization holds.
If you reside outside the European Union, you may be required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package, depending on your local customs office. Art.co.uk has no control over this, and has no way of determining what your duties and taxes may amount to. We encourage you to contact your local postal service or customs bureau for more specific information.
My Galleries is a site feature that allows you to collect, organize and share art that you love. Simply click the "Add to Gallery" button next to the product image. Be sure to sign in to your account to save your actions and access your galleries on future visits. Note that a gallery cannot be deleted once it is created; all items/images can be removed but the gallery itself cannot be deleted.
We strive for a high degree of image accuracy. However, in some cases, the visual representation may be approximate. Occasionally, minor modifications occur between printing runs. If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you may return it within 30 days.
Art.com verifies the dimensions of all images on our site, but due to industry standards sizes can vary slightly. If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you may return it within 30 days.
