'A View of Westmoreland, or an Impression of the Privy Seal', 1821. Full-length profile portrait of John Fane, 10th Earl of Westmorland. He wears a top hat and frock coat, and carries an umbrella, a fairly recent invention at the time. Fane was lord-lieutenant of Ireland and later lord privy seal. This giclée print offers beautiful color accuracy on a high-quality paper (235 gsm) that is a great option for framing with its smooth, acid free surface. Giclée (French for “to spray”) is a printing process where millions of ink droplets are sprayed onto the paper’s surface creating natural color transitions.
