'He stood there holding the magic sword in his hand', (1905). Mythical event where the young Arthur pulls the sword out of the stone, watched by Uther Pendragon and the wizard Merlin. Illustration from Our Island Story by H E Marshall, published by T C & E C Jack Ltd, (London and Edinburgh, 1905). The book gave a very biased and pro-British view of history. This giclée print offers beautiful color accuracy on a high-quality paper (235 gsm) that is a great option for framing with its smooth, acid free surface. Giclée (French for “to spray”) is a printing process where millions of ink droplets are sprayed onto the paper’s surface creating natural color transitions.
