I did not notice that the size of the print was smaller than I wanted and that I thought I was ordering a poster on a wood frame...I got a poster on wood hence the reason I returned the product.
I was expecting a 24 by 36 inch poster on a wood frame--like the one I have (which got damaged).
So the way the unit was listed may be a bit ambiguous or it may be just how I read it at the time.
I will order again as I thought the service was very good.
