Comments:
This product is difficult to hang. Each panel has the hanger on the back in a different off-center location and each back piece of the panel is also not centered. You can't just draw a line on the wall and mark points equidistant from one another horizontally and with respect to the ceiling. Each panel was wrapped in an individual bag and the printing on the bag delaminated and ended up on the art having to be washed off with a wet paper towel. It also smelled wet and was tacky upon arrival, obviously it wasn't given enough time to dry. Lastly there was a hanger supplied for all but 2 of the panels. Now that it's on the wall it does look nice but it was a headache getting it there.

The pictures were beautiful; however, the hangers that were attached were uneven and not attached straight.

With the first print, ink from the packaging transferred to the canvas ruining the print. The replacement arrived today with the same problem. We have no confidence that your staff knows how to package your products. We will be asking for a refund.
